How It Works

The 6-Step Citizenship Process

01

Consultation & Property Selection

Choose qualifying properties totalling ≥$400K. Our advisors shortlist citizenship-eligible projects matched to your budget and preferences.

02

Property Purchase & TAPU

Title deed (TAPU) registered in your name at the Turkish Land Registry. Our legal team handles the complete purchase documentation.

03

SPK Valuation Report

Government-certified valuation from an SPK-licensed appraiser confirms the property value meets or exceeds the $400,000 minimum.

04

DAB Certificate

Foreign currency converted through a Turkish bank. Your bank issues a Döviz Alım Belgesi (DAB) confirming the exchange — mandatory for citizenship.

05

Application Submission

Complete application files submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation. We track every step and respond to government queries.

06

Citizenship & Passport Issued

Turkish ID and passport issued within 3–6 months. Full family inclusion: spouse and children under 18 at no additional property cost.

Yes. Multiple properties under the same applicant can be combined, as long as each has an individual SPK valuation and the total exceeds $400,000 USD.

A Döviz Alım Belgesi (DAB) is issued by a Turkish bank confirming that you converted foreign currency to Turkish Lira to purchase the property. It is mandatory for citizenship applications.
