If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AURELIA PRIVÉ™.

2. About Our Services

AURELIA PRIVÉ™ is a licensed real estate advisory firm based in Istanbul, Turkey. We provide: property search, due diligence, and acquisition advisory services; Turkish Citizenship by Investment application management; property management and rental yield services; and market analysis and investment consultation. Our services are provided subject to a separate Service Agreement which will be provided upon engagement.

3. No Financial or Legal Advice

The information provided on this website, including property listings, market analyses, citizenship guides, and FAQ content, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should always seek independent professional advice before making any real estate investment or citizenship application decision. Past performance of property markets does not guarantee future results.

4. Advisory Fees

Our standard advisory fee is 3% of the property purchase price, payable only upon successful completion of the transaction. Citizenship application package fees are quoted separately and agreed in writing before service commencement. All fees are disclosed to clients in advance in a written engagement letter. We do not accept commissions from developers that are not disclosed to our clients.

5. Property Listings & Accuracy

Property listings, prices, and descriptions on our website are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Prices are indicative and may vary based on unit selection, floor, payment plan, and market conditions. Aurelia Privé makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free. We recommend verification of all details before any purchase commitment.

6. Citizenship Programme Information

Information about Turkish Citizenship by Investment programmes, requirements, timelines, and eligibility criteria is provided based on information available at the time of publication. Turkish citizenship laws and investment thresholds are subject to change by the Turkish government without notice. Aurelia Privé is not responsible for any changes to citizenship programme requirements that may affect your application after submission.

7. Client Obligations

In engaging our services, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information about your identity, source of funds, and investment intentions; comply with all anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and provide requested documentation; not engage Aurelia Privé to facilitate any illegal transaction; and immediately notify us of any material change in your circumstances that may affect your investment or citizenship application.

8. Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

Aurelia Privé is fully compliant with Turkish AML legislation and international financial crime prevention standards. We are required by law to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence on all clients, verify the source of investment funds, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation will result in termination of our advisory relationship.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, brand names (AURELIA PRIVÉ™), graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Aurelia Privé and is protected by Turkish and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written consent. Property images are used under licence from respective developers and photographers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelia Privé shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to investment losses, loss of profits, missed citizenship application deadlines due to force majeure, or changes in property market values. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; to transmit malicious code or content; to scrape property listings or client data without permission; or to impersonate Aurelia Privé or any of our staff. We reserve the right to terminate website access for any breach of these terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal data.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
